Tif format 檔案

• Window 2000/98/me : 影像或imaging
• Window XP : Windows Picture and fax viewer

如沒有imaging或Windows Picture and fax viewer,請按此安裝http://www.alternatiff.com/install

Pdf format 檔案

• Adobe Acrobat reader.

如沒有Adobe Acrobat reader,請按此安裝 http://www.accessyou.com/product/sw/areader.exe

Q2. 當開啟tif/pdf傳真檔案時,傳真文件不清晰或未能開啟.

請查明是否用以下的軟件開啟.

Tif format 檔案

• Window 2000/98/me : 影像或imaging
• Window XP : Windows Picture and fax viewer

Pdf format 檔案

• Adobe Acrobat reader.

• 列印前,請選擇符合紙張大小.

Pdf format 檔案

• 不會有此問題出現
