Q: using email to fax, e-mail contents are blank, plus accessories, why receive the first page is blank?
Q: 用電郵去發傳真,電郵內容是空白的,再加附件,為何收到的第一頁是空白的？

A: Because e-mail the contents of the format is html, not plain text plain text.
A: 因為電郵內容的格式是html,不是純文字plain text.
