Set longSMS mode
設定特長短信模式
Sent can not set the default mode is the standardSMS
發送時不可以設定，預設模式是標準短信

客戶不可自行設定，須經我們設定，當客戶帳戶設定為特長短信, 所有由電郵發送短信,便會是特長短信
