You could define an email quota for an email box. If quota is full, no more emails will be received.

Mails will be sent back to sender after retrying for 5 days as below:

After 5 or 6 days timeout message come back to sender:

Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

Currently, you could not see how many quota is in use.

Instruction:
Login Ispconfig > Email > Email Accounts > Email Mailbox > Quota
