What is it?

We manage your inbound calls. You decide how the inbound calls to be handled depending on WHEN they call, WHO calls, HOW to process the call, WHAT to do with the calls, etc.

WHEN: which period the call should be handled (eg. 9am-6pm, mon-fri)

WHO: allowed callers, blacklisted callers, Blocked callerid, etc

WHAT: allow or reject the calls, divert to other parties (one by one or multiple), etc

HOW: record the conversation, divert to voicemail, etc

- We provide fixed or mobile number (no sim card provided).

- you define the how inbound calls should be handled with rules.

- The caller dials the hotline and enter the extension number. The call will be processed according to the rules defined

Call Forwarding


Basic Call Forwarding:

When someone calls Accessyou3 hotline,

they are requested to enter your extension number.

The call is then forwarded to your mobile phone.

- Hunting:

You may define a list of mobile phone numbers for hunting.

If one is busy or no answer, the call is diverted to another mobile phone number one by one until the last one.

- Multiple Dialing:

You may define a list mobile phone numbers for receiving call at once.

When any one of them answers, all others are hung up immediately and automatically.

So, only one mobile phone could answer the call.

Conferencing is not supported

- Basic Call Forwarding with recording:

The conversation is recorded in to mp3 which could be downloaded later.
