FREE SMS2EMAIL AND SMS2FAX SERVICE –
The First Free SMS application in Hong Kong
Hong Kong, (7 November 2001) - Advanced Connection Limited (ACL), a wireless application service provider, launches FREE SMS2Email and SMS2Fax service which is the first FREE SMS application in Hong Kong. The services allow user to send emails and faxes using their mobile phones.
SMS2Email is a service which converts short messages to email format and deliver instantly to recipient's email address. The service allows user to send email without computer and while on-the-run. To send email, user simply enters the email address or code and the message. The short message is sent to our SMS center number which will send the short message to recipients. To ease the inputting of long email addresses, we allow user to define numeric code to represent one or more email addresses so that user can easily compose and send emails. One short message can be sent to several email addresses at one time.
SMS2Fax service is a technology breakthrough because it enables user to send fax without computer or fax machine. SMS2Fax sends the short message to local fax machine. With SMS2Fax, anyone can send fax anytime and anywhere. To send a fax is just as easy as sending an email. Simply input the fax no. and the message. Our SMS center will deliver the fax for you.
